Transit Visa need to Travel Via-Germany if you don't have valid Visa or Travelling on AP.
Please who are travelling Via---> Germany should hold Transit visa, if they don't have Valid US Visa or using AP.
I believe this rule came recently, please see below link of German Consulate Website for more information.

Thanks so much man! Actually I was all set for Sept 13 but have a work appointment on Sept 18, yet I am even thinking of cancelling that to attend. I don't care how expensive it is. This is historic, just like Martin Luther King's Civil Rights movement! We can make history! It's an investment in our future!

You are right. I was on the call, and they only blathered about some Job ADS that specify "H1 Only" or something. THey have an rss feed going on the left side of the brightfuturejobs site, and they want the Antis to post en masse about how these jobs violate their rights.
The push is to get the Durbin bill passed. And they want to use these posts as "historical evidence" or some crap like that.
Pretty much BS. What a waste.
I think there were probably 10-15 people who joined. But I could identify 4/5 separate individuals. So, probably rest of them were Indians.

AILA and all the immigration lawyers and many employers threw a hissy fit when DOL wanted to shut down labor substitution.
They lobbied hard at DOL to allow the continuation of labor substitution. IV has tried to get DOL to eliminate labor substitution or at least make it such that the Priority date is not the labor filing date but the 140 filing date. Allow labor sub with PD = 140 filing date will solve the problem of cutting in line and getting ahead in an unfair manner. QGA helped to get our message to Eliane Chow, The Secretary of Labor Department. (http://www.whitehouse.gov/government/chao-bio.html)
Unfortunately, the secretary of labor didnt oblige.

Guys, we need keep away these kind of people from IV participation. There should be some restrictions (rules and regulation). These are the people who don't know what they are doing. GOD only can save them.
We are here for to work and live and represent as a forum to fight against a broken system. Looks like we have issues among us.
We either take away GREEN/RED dot concepts from bothering others or do some thing else (display who has given RED/GREEN dots).
Core member do some thing.
This is a great website and you can really find very good advices related to immigration issues ..How ever there will be people who interpret the questions differently and react differently ..That does not mean they represent IV .

Part of the reason was that few H-1B applicants were running big debts on credit cards and leaving the country. Credit card companies have no way of collecting the money overseas. Few bad apples make every one else look bad.

Yes you are right, there is bound to have EAD flood in market, with spouses of hi-tech worker will come to market to search hi-tech job with spouse phone support. I have seen such cases countless times in past few years and yes they will be in future without exception. However, matter of fact, these fresh EAD (previous H4) don't get the dream job in first attempt, it takes good 2 year to find a similar job that H1b hitech worker does.
But thats the realty of market, every year new jobs are added and every year new job seekers join the crowd.
On the otherside, a hitech worker is suppose to always learning something new and getting his/her position more stronger everyday, its a knowledge market, whoever knows more gets better $$. With my 7yr US exp and total 10 yrs CS exp I have no scare that any single fresh EAD will come close to me. A senior is always a senior no matter which field you talk.

Ans: Never been to a police station here or any where (I mean to say no cases at all)
3) Did you have any unlawful status of more than 6 months during your presence in US.
Ans: Never
4) Do you have any case pending here?

5) Did you, in past, provide any fake documentation or info pertaining to any benefit you were seeking?
Ans: No.
Apart from this i have seen 3 cases in .com today all the cases were files a service request in TSC either on 10/14/2009 or 10/15/2009 resulted the same status.
