I did post about this. We have seen professor's expert opinion letters showing the equivalency to the MA being approved. However, the evidence does point to an equivalency to a BA.

How can CA/ICWA be equivalent to MS programs as they are post high school courses? These courses do not require graduation for admission.

My LC job duties are as follows:
Design and development of business applications using C++, JAVA as front end
tools and ORACLE as back end repository on WINDOWS platform. Modify
software or customize software for clients'use with the aim of optimizing
operational efficiency.
Education required: bachelor degree in computer science, engineering,
electronics or related field. Experience required: 9 months as Software
Engineer.
Any idea what Onet code the above description falls under?
I am planning to take up Java developer position with new employer using EAD. is it ok? Lawyer has been saying that the job description has to match 100%. I dont agree with him. any comments please?.

HI ..most the CP filers are in US and contribute to Immigration Voice regularly. You can say by mistake or something else some people chose to go for Consular Processing when dates became current and they all are in bad shape at this time. If you think about those who applied for Cp being in US then you would realise 485 filers are too much priviledged in comparison of them.

for those with masters or phd there is already a special quota called EB1. All of the others are not different from one another. if with your MS/PhD you are going to do the same kind of job any qualified person from India would do, what is the need for a special catagory. You have to prove your point then everybody will agree. Just by saying "special quota for MS" we will ask; WHY? show us the reason. I know lot of engineering graduates/MBAs/research scientists who have got MS from here but dont see any special significant contribution. I also know lot of professionals (specialists in medical / other fields) who were trained in the US and are significantly valued all over the world. So to put it briefly, this argument will not work with the law makers. People with PhD and lot of publications / patents / significant contributions etc definitely need a special quota and they already have one. The rest of us are in the same boat friends.

ICE do site visits to investigate employers. It happened to one of my former colleagues. What officer did was to verify that he was a genuine H1B employee. The officer visited his manager at client's place and verified his duties.

It furthers strengthens the theory that good number of 245i's are EW category and not in the regular EB3 category.
This hypothesis is further supported by the fact that all EB3 dates have been sustained above May 1st for a few months now.
